Our Story
The inception of Daily Fresh Bakery, initially known as Day Fresh, marked the beginning of a culinary journey in 2005, focusing on providing fresh and high-quality bakery products.
A strategic transformation took place as the bakery became a part of the esteemed Empire Group, evolving into Daily Fresh Bakery Products. This strategic move laid the foundation for significant expansion and modernization in both production and distribution.
Daily Fresh Bakery Products established itself as a key player in the Qatar market. With a dedicated fleet of vehicles, the bakery ensured the daily delivery of its products to major key accounts, including numerous large, medium and small outlets.
The company rebranded itself as Hal & Al's, and the Philipino community in Qatar came to recognise it as such. The brand was recognised for consistently supplying products of the highest quality, freshness and hygiene and its emphasis on Philipino fresh categories was solidified.
Modern and cutting-edge technologies were integrated into Daily Fresh Bakery Products' production process as part of its innovative approach. By making this modernization investment, the bakery was able to continue operating efficiently and satisfy the market's ever- increasing expectations.
Responding to the diverse culinary preferences of its customers, Hal & Al’s announced its expansion into Asian products. This move showcased the brand's adaptability and commitment to offering a wide range of choices, catering not only to the Philipino population but also to mass consumers in Qatar.
